Individual Counselling

Individual counselling in Bowral offers a supportive space to explore challenges, build on your strengths and work towards your goals. Emma tailors sessions to each person, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

KISFA provides private counselling in the Southern Highlands, with online sessions also available. Emma is approved to provide counselling for eligible clients under NSW workers compensation through SIRA and through the NSW Victims Services Approved Counselling Service.

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling at KISFA offers a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen connection and work through challenges together. Whether you’re navigating recurring conflict, a difficult transition or a loss of closeness, sessions are tailored to your relationship and what you hope to change.

Emma has completed Gottman Method Level 1 and Level 2 training. She draws on this approach to help couples understand unhelpful patterns, manage conflict and build a stronger connection. Couples counselling is available in Bowral for people across the Southern Highlands and online via telehealth.

NDIS Counselling

KISFA offers NDIS counselling in Bowral for self-managed and plan-managed participants across the Southern Highlands, with online sessions available via telehealth. Emma works with children, teenagers and adults, tailoring support to each person’s strengths, communication style and goals.

Sessions can focus on emotional wellbeing, coping strategies, relationships and navigating life changes. Emma has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients and works collaboratively with participants and, where appropriate, their support network. Counselling through an NDIS plan is subject to suitable funding being available.
